What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and auth provider metadata when you sign up for the dashboard.
- Usage data: API request counts, storage usage, and operational logs to enforce plan limits and debug issues.
- Your app data: documents, files, and SDK end-users stored in databases you create — you own this data.
How we use it
We use account and usage data to operate the service, send transactional email, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, Postgres, Redis, email, error tracking) as subprocessors. SDK traffic goes to the API you configure.
Your rights
Contact support@paperdb.app to export or delete your control-plane account. Deleting a database removes its documents per our retention policy.
